Car flips over after hitting lamp post
A car flipped onto its side after crashing into a lamp post.
Emergency services were called to Ings Road in Wakefield city centre at around 7.40pm on Wednesday.
The car hit a lamp post and knocked down part of a wall at the edge of the Westgate Retail and Leisure Park.
One person became trapped in the vehicle after it overturned and was freed by firefighters, before being taken to hospital by ambulance.
