Teams have a chance to win brand new kits
Xamax, the branded clothing and sportswear specialist, has launched a competition that will ask members of the local community to vote for the team that they think are most deserving of this fantastic opportunity.
Managing director of Xamax, Graham Thompson, said: “We want to encourage people to put forward the names of schools or clubs that they feel would most benefit from a free kit.

“After all, people have nothing to lose.”
Teams that are submitted for inclusion will all be in with a chance of winning. Each school or team name will be displayed in the Xamax retail outlet on Roundwood Industrial Estate, off the M1 junction 40, with visitors asked to vote for their favourite using coupons printed in the newspaper.
Votes will then be collated with the team that receives the most support during May and June winning a free kit for up to 18 people.
As part of the voting process, every reader bringing along a coupon will get a free polo shirt worth £12 in weeks 1 and 2 and then a free England top in weeks 3 and 4.
There will be both adults and children’s sizes available.
To nominate your school or team, please send details to [email protected], making sure you include a contact name and daytime telephone number. Entry deadline is Friday May 23.
